DBC Academy "Competitive & Performance Company"

 

Our dance company is tailored for dedicated dancers looking to compete at a high level. The team will engage in three to four competitions annually, along with entertaining performances in the local Austin area. In addition, DBC Academy attends events in the Austin area to showcase our support for the community. We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly company that values respect and honor for our dancers, their families, and the community. At DBC Academy, we foster a nurturing environment focused on the art of dance and performance. We aim to cultivate self-confidence, grace, and mutual respect while promoting a healthy lifestyle for the younger generation. Our class schedule is designed to help dancers maintain a balanced life between academics and extracurricular activities. Academics are important, so dancers must pass all classes to participate in DBC Academy.

The Teams are Listed as:

Beginner- Pre-Team

4 hours a week mandatory hours in Jazz Technique, Hip Hop, Ballet, and Acro

 

Level 1

6 hours a week mandatory hours in Jazz, Lyrical, Character, Super Group Production, Ballet, and Acro

3 additional optional hours in Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Tap

 

Level 2

6 hours a week mandatory hours in Jazz, Lyrical, Character, Super Group Production, Ballet, and Acro

3 additional optional hours in Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Tap
